1. Credit Attribution
Proper credit must be given to Klein Soundworks on all physical media, digital releases, and streaming platforms where the work is distributed or published. This includes, but is not limited to, album liner notes, digital metadata, and online credits. Crediting helps ensure continued opportunities for creative work and industry recognition of Klein Soundworks.

3. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required prior to the commencement of any work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project, before delivery of final high-resolution audio files. Final high-resolution files will not be released until full payment is received. Mixes and masters will be reviewed and approved by the Client using high-quality 320kb/s MP3 files."

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative services, no refunds will be issued once work has begun. The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Revisions
The service includes 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount will incur an additional fee. All revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the mix/master, or the project will be considered approved and complete.

6. Turnaround Time
The turnaround time provided by Klein Soundworks begins only after all necessary materials have been received from the Client in full and in the required format. The quoted turnaround refers specifically to the initial delivery of the first version of the mix or master. Timelines for final delivery may vary and are dependent on the speed and clarity of the Client’s feedback during the revision process.

7. Client Responsibility for Deliverables
The Client is responsible for delivering all necessary materials (e.g., properly labeled and consolidated audio files, tempo maps, reference tracks, notes) in a timely and organized manner. Any delays in delivery may impact the project timeline and final outcome.

8. Force Majeure
Klein Soundworks shall not be liable for any delays or inability to complete the project due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, internet outages, illness, or emergencies.

9. Confidentiality
All materials shared by the Client will be treated as confidential and will not be distributed or disclosed to third parties without the Client’s written permission, unless required by law.

10. Multitrack Files and Stems
The Client does not have the right to receive the mixing or mastering session file used to create the final mix. While the final product is the property of the Client, the mixing/mastering session is the property of Klein Soundworks. Upon request, stereo stems may be made available at an additional cost, to be determined based on the scope of the request.

11. File Storage and Archiving
The Client is solely responsible for the archiving and long-term storage of all session files, mixes, masters, and related materials upon delivery. Klein Soundworks does not guarantee the storage or retrieval of project files after completion and delivery.
